Try this exercise to primarily release the tight muscle tissues : use a golf ball , a tenis ball , a massage ball or a squash ball depending on what you are able to tollerate .


Make muscle fiber release a part of your weekly or daily regime . Buy a foam roller , a massage ball or have a Tenis, softball and golf ball and follow my tissue release videos on you tube Kastie handyside .
