Jump in, with Katie Handyside Personal Training & Group Workouts.

I offer both mobile and pop up group training.

Workouts brought to your boat, office, villa, beach or hotel, tailored for you.

On-board workouts and workouts to take away with you (boat, gym, triathlon training programs) so you are able to keep fit regardless of where you are in the world.

We have many group workouts on offer, using Kettle bells, TRX, free weights, body weight, interval training, metabolic training and as many varied training techniques as possible to keep your workouts fun and challenging.

We run special outdoor boot camp programs usually one week in duration but these can be tailor made to meet the specific requirements of your group. Again the intensity can be varied depending on your fitness level, despite being hard these are always fun and can be done anywhere!

At a loss for the weekend? We organize excursions, biking routes around Mallorca with reputable guides and bikes included.

Weekend detox and activity weekends in rural locations.

Whatever you want – just ask - and we can organize it.

Boot camp and circuit training have been a real workout for getting the blood pumping and metabolism working once again for me. After many years of not being able to do simple everyday things such as running, squats and lifting, it has given me a great boost to believe I can get there again, even if at a slower pace than the rest of the pack! I’m not made to feel out of place for not being as fit as the others.
