Live ……

More than your neighbours.

Unleash yourself upon the world and go places.

Go now.

Giggle, no laugh.

No…..stay out past dark.

And bark at the moon like the wild dog that you are.

Understand that this is not a dress rehearsal.

That this is it……your life.

Face your fears and live your dreams.

Take it in.

Yes every chance you get…….

Come close,

And, by all means what ever you do…….

Get it on film.

Boot camp is fabulous. At the end of the session I feel energised and ready to tackle the week. I have seen a real improvement in my fitness and strength. I would recommend it to anyone no matter what your level of fitness. You can push yourself as much or as little as you like. The more you put in the more you get out.
